Best Biotin rich shampoo to prevent Hair fall and thinning

Hair adds to the beauty of a woman and yes more to the mother. Being a mother and suffering from severe hair loss after my baby birth left me in lot of stress which rather aggravated my situation. There was a lot I had to do to control my hair fall and reduce their excessive thinning. Read out some 10 best tips I used, which helped me reduce the hair fall and thinning here.

To address this hair loss problem, apart from Nutrition, and lifestyle, what comes as a major set back is the unawareness of Shampoo’s and Essential hair oils to use then. We all tend to use generic shampoo’s like Pantene, Sunsilk, Tresemme, L’oreal and many more but most of the time our expectation are not met. We don’t know as to which is the best shampoo for thinning hair or which is the best hair growth shampoo. All what we see retailing are these shampoo’s and their claims which usually don’t help us heal the hair loss and thinning to good extent. More so, this was my case specially after pregnancy.

Organic Shampoo’s to reduce Hair Loss and thinning :

So, I had to ditch my regular ones and opt in for Shampoo’s with Biotin and Collagen in them. SO here comes some of my researched Shampoo’s to use after Pregnancy. Biotin helps improving the keratin infrastructure, which is a protein that builds up hair.

Collagen is the major component in hair growth and hence restoring collagen can definitely help hair growth all together.

Here are some Best Shampoos to use after Pregnancy (Biotin, Collagen rich shampoo are the best to go):

* The outcome may vary basis the type of hair and scalp you have.

Seems your situation is same as mine, I too have super thin hair. Try using Biotin shampoo, massage with some essential oils (as quoted in my another post), along with a protein rich diet. Cumulatively , all of it will help!
