    1. Hey Aditya, as quoted that a person should take 3 capsules with diet in a day. yet I would suggest do ask your medical practitioner before taking any supplements:)

  36. I have been given magnesium when I was in the hospital for a severe asthma episode. The effects on my energy level were insane! I never thought about taking it over the counter though. One question….. is it safe for someone who is healthy and full of energy to take or should you be tested by your doctor first to see if you have a deficiency?

    1. Usually magnesium is a tolerable compound and can be pretty safe if taken under the dosages as mentioned. But still I would recommended one to start any supplements post consultation with medical practitioner! Thanks
